Coffee grounds are ideal for exfoliating the skin, removing dead skin. It also stimulates blood circulation, promotes skin tightening and the elimination of cellulite. The fact that the grains are very fine makes it possible to make a scrub gently. I’ve gotten into the habit of putting it aside in a box, I always have a little bit for an express scrub. When you drink coffee on a daily basis the box fills up quickly, it would be a shame not to enjoy it. If you choose to keep the marc in a box, make sure it is dry to prevent it from molding!
